faulty product and fake email address for support waste of money
marbles bounce and fly off ramps leading to chaotic results never consistent output as required to solve puzzles, for an expensive product i would have expected better material, tried emailing their support page but i get an "[****]." in the "To" field was not recognized. Please make sure that all addresses are properly formed. hopefully they respond soon to this review otherwise report them to the CFBP.

You have the starting setup correct and will have to add 4 more green ramps, per the instructions, to have the blue marbles follow the path as expected.
